Ok, this item is new territory for me. I sell a lot of odd things but never purses or women’s accessories. Size= 10″×7″×7″ (26×17×17 cm) This bag is from my wife, who has decided to part with a few of her older items that are not quite ‘vintage’, so bear with me on the details. This bag was rarely used by her, maybe once or twice. She received it new many years ago from her uncle. At that time, she worked for him on one of his many car lots. He is a reasonably successful guy who traveled a lot to Japan and Korea and would return with higher end items for his wife. Sometimes, he brought items back for my wife and his daughters, and this is one such item (I’m listing two other items). You will note that this bag also comes with a metal “MCM” keychain/charm that appears to be selling for about $80-$100 in my limited searching. I have done a few hours of searching the internet to determine if this is authentic. Being an older style, this is a bit tough since most advice regards newer items (2018+) and I find is not always relevant. I suspect this purse is early teens, 2010-2014, but I’m not sure. From what I see, it does appear to be authentic, but I can not assure this other than to say that if you use the eBay authentication service, I will refund if it proves to be a fake. I will add that my wife (2nd) also has a pink MCM backpack that has all the hallmarks of a genuine article, from my inspection. She never used it and it still has all the original docs/cards. Sorry, not for sale, my daughter has it now. IE, I am about 95% convinced this is real… the screws on the front tag do spin and appear correct. The interior pocket tag is correct. Alignment of visetos logo align well, inspection of the stitching I see no flaws, zippers are all ‘ykk’, all hardware are MCM stamped. Purse holds its form well and is quite heavy for its size. Please review all pics. I will refund if, as stated above, authentication service by eBay proves it to be a knock-off. If you have any questions or need more pics, please ask. If you have reasons to believe This is not authentic, please let me know your reasons/concerns. Price is set high, and I will entertain offers pending my wife’s approval. She is still on the fence regarding selling this bag, which is in very nice condition and used maybe once or twice. Note on shipping… I will use the carrier of my choice, and I have added additional funds for insured delivery. Item will be packed with material inside to retain form. Thanks for looking!
