VERY RARE, NEW, 1999 JIM HENSON’S BEAR IN THE BIG BLUE HOUSE FINGER PUPPET GIFT SET OF FIVE PLUS THEATER! We are starting to sell off our Pokemon Cards & Packs, Furby’s, Barbie’s, Yomega, Star Wars & OTHER VINTAGE TOYS from My Old Toy Store that we ran in Central Illinois from 1998-2001. All of our VINTAGE TOYS are in PRISTINE, MINT CONDITION and/or FACTORY SEALED. They have been kept in our CLEAN STORAGE, as well as in Bank Safe Deposit Boxes, for the past 2 Decades. Back in 1998, I was Store Dealer for the Applause Company. Learned something today: The Jim Henson Company SOLD “The Bear In The Big Blue House” along with all things Henson TO The Disney Company in February 2004. Well, I’m not listing this as a Disney item, even though the back top of the cardboard back advertises to watch the show on “The Disney Channel”. I’ve listed this as an Applause Toy. Because that’s what it was when we sold it & Disney doesn’t own me….yet. However, 2 of 3 Adult Sons used to work at Disney World! : ) This is an EXCEPTIONALLY RARE, IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND, HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE, NEW BEAR IN THE BIG BLUE HOUSE SET OF 5 FINGER PUPPETS: BEAR, TUTTER, TREELO, PIP & POP! The Outer Factory Box serves as the “Theater” and has instructions on how to use the box as a Theater (see Photo #2).
