Venhill Universal Braided Stainless Clutch and Throttle Cable Kit Bundle Venhill Universal Braided Stainless Clutch Cable Kit Venhill Universal Braided Stainless Throttle Cable Kit Example packaging Closeup of braided throttle kit outer and wire The Venhill Universal Motorcycle Braided Stainless Clutch and Throttle Cable Kit Bundle includes two high-quality, “build-your-own” cable kits suitable for generally any motorcycle clutch and throttle application. These are practical, durable kits for building a clutch and a dual throttle cable for a custom project, if you can no longer find cables for your bike, or if you just feel like you can do it better yourself. In the clutch kit, one end of the inner wire is fitted with a barrel nipple nominally 6mm dia x 10mm and in the throttle kit, one end of the inner wire is fitted with a barrel nipple (nominally 6mm dia x 6mm). The opposite ends will need to be cut to length and the required nipples soldered into place. The chrome ferrules and bends are a snug fit. They may be bonded into place if preferred. You will need a basic soldering kit and basic soldering skills to solder the nipples into place. PLEASE NOTE: Our braided stainless cable kits are optimized for metric fitments and include Yamaha™ spec fittings, which may not be suitable for non-metric applications. The clutch kit includes: 2 meters (6.5 feet) of braided stainless steel outer conduit 2 meters (6.5 feet) of 2mm OD galvanized steel wire (1 x 19 strand) 3 chrome plated Yamaha ferrule bends 4 chrome plated Yamaha ferrules 1 chrome plated Yamaha adjuster assembly 1 chrome plated Yamaha mid-adjuster assembly 1 brass barrel nipple (5/16″ x 5/16″, 2mm bore) 1 brass barrel nipple (3/16″ x 3/16″, 1.9mm bore) 1 brass trumpet nipple (6mm -> 3.5 OD, 2.5mm bore, 9.5mm length) The throttle kit includes: 1.2 meters (4 feet) of braided stainless steel outer conduit 2 meters (6.5 feet) of 1.5mm OD galvanized steel wire (7 x 7 strand) 5 chrome plated Yamaha ferrule bends 2 brass barrel nipples (6mm x 8mm, 2.1mm bore) 2 brass barrel nipples (5.75mm x 5.5mm, 1.9mm bore) 2 brass barrel nipples (5mm x 7.5mm, 1.9mm bore) 2 brass barrel nipples (6mm x 4.2mm, 1.7mm bore) What if I have questions?
