Hand Made leather checkbook cover MADE WITH AMERICAN BISON LEATHER IN “WAXED OLD SADDLE ” color. If you like REAL BISON LEATHER this is the stuff ! natural grain and range marks this leather has a pull up finish so you can let it wear and age its REALLY A NICE QUALITY LEATHER! Includes a vinyl duplicate check divider. Size is approx 4″ X 6 7/8″ Slightly oversized it makes it easy to put your checks and check register in the pockets! with the additional length I have customers that wanted room to carry a BIC (or other) slim line pen inside their checkbook and it works well with the new 40 check pads that the banks have started printing. These are not mass produced they are handmade ,in the USA, by me, 1 at a time..Thanks for looking!Note: Because this is a “natural” product and not a lesser expensive embossed leather or vinyl , grain patterns,color shade, and range marks will vary with each piece!Special Note RE: Check registers, the check companies have gotten “really cheap” on printing check registers so instead of using stiffer cover stock on the outside of them they use a very soft paper.You need to slowly “work” the register into the pocket or trim it slightly. Because of the thin paper they are using this also occurs on the inexpensive vinyl covers they furnish with your checks at no charge!
